Ron Kanter

Ron Kanter has many years of experience dealing with municipal, land use, environmental and construction disputes. He is now putting his experience to work for you as a mediator, adjudicator or arbitrator to resolve your disputes.

As a city councillor, provincial MPP and lawyer, Ron has worked with all of the stakeholders in such matters - developers, contractors, homeowners, neighbours, municipal/provincial staff and elected officials. He has been trained in Alternate Dispute Resolution in Ontario and at the Harvard Program on Negotiation. Ron Kanter will help resolve your dispute fairly, quickly and cost effectively.

Education & Experience Resolving Disputes

Ron Kanter earned a law degree at the University of Toronto Law School, and a Master’s Degree in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. He has been certified as a Qualified Mediator by the Alternate Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC), and is certified in mediating complex disputes by the Harvard Program on Negotiation. 

He has successfully completed the Certificate in Adjudication for Administrative Agencies, Boards and Tribunals, awarded by Osgoode Hall Law School and the Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators.
