Services include preliminary discussions with all interested parties to decide the process to be followed.

Fees vary with the number of parties, complexity of the dispute and any legislative or institutional requirements.

Fees for arbitrating a private dispute between 2 parties are generally are $2,500 for a ½ day hearing, $4,000 for a full day hearing.

Hearings are generally held remotely on-line, but may be held in person at the request of the parties.
